Contemporary Music Touring Program
ARTS | Applications close 2 September 2025 (3 pm AEST)
Australian artists, groups, or industry professionals can apply for grants of $5,000–$50,000 to support national tours of original contemporary Australian music, with priority given to tours including regional and remote locations, and requiring performances in at least three venues outside the artist’s hometown. -
AFF × PFA Short Film Initiative
ARTS | Applications close Friday 12 September 2025
Adelaide Film Festival Investment Fund (AFFIF), in partnership with Pride Foundation Australia, is offering a $40,000 grant to one Australian creative team to produce a short film (up to 10 minutes) for its World Premiere at Adelaide Film Festival 2026. The initiative prioritises LGBTQIA+ creatives, particularly those who are First Nations, newly arrived migrants, refugees, people from CALD backgrounds, or from regional/rural communities. Scripts that feature First Nations languages are also encouraged. -
Grassroots Cricket Fund (GCF)
SPORT | Applications open 18 August 2025 (12 PM AEST) and close 14 September 2025 (11:59 PM AEST)
Community and Premier cricket clubs (plus associations acting as clubs in regional areas) can apply for grants of up to $3,000 to support initiatives that grow junior participation, enhance volunteer and club experiences, and create inclusive environments. Projects may include recruitment drives, Cricket Blast enhancements, Smash Series pilots, marketing, capacity building, and inclusion programs. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria and obtain endorsement from their local Cricket NSW Cricket Manager. -
Live Performance Venue Grant Program – Round 2
ARTS | Applications close 23 September 2025 (2:00 pm AEDT)
NSW small-to-medium hospitality venues that aren’t currently hosting regular live performances can apply for $15,000–$80,000 (ex GST) to purchase and install staging or sound equipment, fund programming, cover marketing and delivery costs, and bring live performances to their locales. Funding is part of the “Venues Unlocked” initiative, delivered by the Office of the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner in collaboration with Sound NSW and Create NSW -
Local Jobs, Local People Grant
JOBS | Applications close 24 September 2025 (9:00 pm AEST)
Organisations across ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD, NT, and TAS can apply for $50,000–$250,000 to deliver local employment‑focused projects (over FY 2025–26 to 2026–27) that support First Nations peoples, young people (up to 24), migrants, mature-aged Australians, and critical sectors like construction, digital tech, manufacturing, care, and energy transition. -
National Science Week Grants 2026

Individuals (18+) and organisations with an ABN can apply for $2,000–$20,000 to deliver engaging, innovative STEM events during National Science Week 2026 (15–23 August 2026) across Australia. Goals include inspiring broad community participation in science and celebrating Australian scientific achievements. -
SilverChef Community Grants Program
HOSPITALITY | Next round: 1 July – 30 September 2025
Registered charities and not-for-profits that use hospitality or food services to support disadvantaged or underserved communities can apply for one of four quarterly grants of $5,000 each. The funding is delivered as 75% credit toward Certified Used commercial kitchen equipment (minimum $3,750) and 25% cash (up to $1,250) for related costs like freight or materials -
NAB Foundation Community Grants
COMMUNITY | Applications close midnight, 30 September 2025 (AEST)
Local Australian charities, ACNC‑registered nonprofits, social enterprises, startups with social/environmental impact, and ABN‑holding groups (including certain local government or facilities) can apply for grants up to $25,000 to support community‑led projects that enhance resilience to natural disasters—spanning training and planning, community recovery, environment & wildlife restoration, and emergency equipment or infrastructure. Exceptional projects may also receive additional Impact Grants worth a further $25,000. -
Hamer Sprout Fund – Sprout Grants
ENVIRONMENT | Applications close 30 September 2025
Australian not-for-profit individuals, groups, or community organisations (with DGR & TCC status) can apply for funding of up to $5,000 per project (and up to $10,000 in exceptional cases) to support grassroots environmental initiatives. Projects should advance environmental education, engagement, sustainability advocacy, or environmental leadership among young people. A total of $25,000 is available across all grants each year. -
Music Australia – Marketing & Manufacturing Grants
ARTS | Applications close 14 October 2025 (3 pm AEDT)
Australian record labels (ABN‑registered sole traders or partnerships) with at least two active artists can apply for matched funding of $2,000–$10,000 to support marketing, promotion, manufacturing of physical media (vinyl/CD), merchandise, digital distribution, video or digital content, and accessible design services for contemporary Australian music. Applications must be submitted via Creative Australia’s system with registration at least two business days before closing. -
Music Australia – Record Label Development Scheme
ARTS | Applications close 14 October 2025 (3:00 pm AEDT)
Australian record labels (independents or major subsidiaries) that have operated for at least 3 years and have a roster of three or more active artists can apply for matched funding from $15,000 to $125,000 to support activities such as recordings, videos, marketing, artist development, manufacturing, staffing, and more. Recipients may also get reimbursed for using eco-friendly materials. -
Education Encouragement Grants (Deafness Foundation)
DISABILITY SUPPORT | Applications close 31 October 2025
Description goes hereAustralian students who are deaf or hard of hearing can apply for:$2,000 if entering Year 11 or Year 12 (secondary school), or
$3,000 if completing Year 12 or undertaking post-secondary study (e.g., university, TAFE, apprenticeship, or traineeship).

Solar for Apartment Residents (SoAR) Grant Program
ENERGY | Applications close 5:00 pm, 1 December 2025 (or when funds run out)
Owners corporations or strata managers of qualifying NSW apartment buildings (3–55 units, no solar in the last 10 years) can apply for up to $150,000—covering 50% of project costs, capped at $25 million in total—to install shared rooftop solar systems and reduce energy bills and emissions. Projects must be completed by 31 March 2026. -
Clubgrants Category 3 – Sport & Recreation Infrastructure

Local Para Champions Grant Now Open
PARA-SPORT | Applications close 31 October 2025
Young para-sport athletes, coaches, and officials (aged 12–24) can apply for $750–$1,000 to help cover costs of competing at state, national, or international championships. Eligible events run from 1 July 2025 to 28 February 2026.

Saluting Their Service—Commemorative Grants
VETERANS | Applications close 5 February 2026 (9:00 pm AEDT)
Grants of $10,001–$150,000 are available for organisations (and individuals, depending on entity type) nationwide to fund commemorative projects honouring Australia’s service personnel and their families—such as memorials, publications, documentaries, or digital heritage access. There are two application batches; Round 2 runs until 5 February 2026. -
Community Development Grants
INFRASTRUCTURE | Applications due 30 June 2026 (5:00 pm ACT)
A non-competitive initiative supporting government‑identified community infrastructure projects that foster local employment, regional development, and social wellbeing, delivered across cities and regional communities nationwide. Eligible entities include those with an ABN or ACN, but projects must be pre‑selected by the government—no open applications.

National Energy Bill Relief – Small Businesses (NSW, 2025–26)
BUSINESS | Applications close 30 June 2026 (midnight AEST)
Eligible NSW small businesses—those with an active ABN, named on a separately metered business electricity account, and using less than 100 MWh/year—can receive up to $150 in electricity bill relief. On‑market customers will receive automatic quarterly credits of $75; embedded network customers must apply to receive the relief. -
$1,000 SafeWork NSW Small Business Rebate

NSW small businesses, sole traders, charities, and not-for-profits with 1–50 full-time equivalent employees and a valid ABN can apply once every five years for up to $1,000 towards eligible workplace health and safety items, after completing a SafeWork NSW education activity. -
Seniors Energy Rebate (NSW)
SENIORS | Applications reopen in August 2025 for the 2025–26 financial year
Self-funded retirees holding a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card can receive $200 off their electricity bill, provided they’re the account holder for their primary residence in NSW . -
Google Ad Grants (Australia)
COMMUNITY | Ongoing
Australian charities, ACNC‑registered nonprofits, DGR-approved entities, and income‑tax‑exempt not‑for‑profits can access up to US $10,000 per month (approx. AU $13,000) in in-kind Google Search ad credit to promote their mission, attract donors, and engage volunteers—no direct cost involved. Eligibility requires a high-quality website, registration with Google for Nonprofits, and compliance with program policies like maintaining minimum click‑through rates.
